ProSport is proud to announce Pilates: Core conditioning based on the traditional method developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. Pilates focuses on six principles including centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flowing movement.

Private reformer sessions are offered by appointment.

ProSport Pilates is taught by Erin Stansbury and Nancy Poulalion. Both are licensed Physical Therapist Assistants with over 20 years experience treating patients in the clinical setting.
