Ray Roman, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Ray began his employment with ProSport as a Physical Therapy Aide in 2002 while attending the University of California, Irvine. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, he went to Chapman University where he earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2006. Ray’s clinical internship took place at Kaiser Orange, Yuma Rehab, St. Jude Hospital, and in Quepos, Costa Rica. He worked as a Physical Therapist at Hunt Physical Therapy and Kaiser Santa Ana before rejoining the team at ProSport.

Ray became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in 2004, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2008. He’s also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In August 2008, Ray founded Netz 4 Life, a non-profit 501 (C) 3 organization that serves disadvantaged youth in the City of Santa Ana by teaching kids the Game of Basketball, as well as the Game of Life.
