Robert Spång, DPT, SCS, CSCS

Robert joined ProSport in May of 2002 after graduating from the Department of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. A native of Sweden, he came to the US to pursue an undergraduate education combined with playing collegiate soccer at California Lutheran University.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine in 1998. Robert is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and American Physical Therapy Association (Sports & Orthopedic Section). He is also involved with clinical research through the University of Southern California and also serves as the Center Coordinator for Clinical Education. His primary interest is the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries in athletes and individuals of all ages. Robert resides in Rancho Santa Margarita.
