Kyle Molnar, Pitcher for Minor League Angels Organization, Works on Scapular Endurance Exercises
Here Kyle Molnar, Angels minor league pitcher, is completing one of our scapular endurance exercises while in a single RDL static position. He is dropping and catching 2 pound weighted balls in a ‘T’ position to fire up the scapular retractors as well as challenge his balance, proprioception, glute and core strength. This is a great exercise for all overhead athletes, baseball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, etc. Kyle is making this look easy, even after finishing his 3 sets
