Bryce first got introduced to the field of physical therapy after finding himself or teammates injured while participating in high school sports of cross country, basketball, and track. His interest deepened when he began volunteering at various clinics in college, where at UC Irvine he joined the sports medicine team and was a student athletic trainer for the UC Irvine Baseball team. After graduating from UC Irvine with a degree in Biomedical Engineering (Premed), he attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT. While at Rocky Mountain, he was able to gain experience in with clinical internships throughout the country, from Louisiana to Washington state, and even volunteered his services in Malawi at Kumuzu Regional Hospital with the local physiotherapists.
Bryce has a strong belief in evidence-based practice and functional movements to have patients reach their goals and get them back to enjoying the activities that they love. He has done training with the "father of function," Gary Gray, as a GIFT Fellow to improve his understanding of functional movements and the human movement. In his free time, Bryce enjoys spending time with his family and friends, camping and hiking, snowboarding, and basketball.
