Coach Khan studied at California State University of Long Beach and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology in 2009. In 2010, he worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Nu Image Now Wellness Center where gained experience working with the rehabilitation process of return to sport athletes. Coach Khan has always been passionate about fitness, particularly with strength training. He trained and competed in powerlifting under the guidance of USPA hall of Fame Powerlifting Coach Liz Freel. Naturally his passion for training lead him to start a sole proprietorship under Relentless Fitness in 2012 that offered Boot Camp style group training.

With his extensive experience and background in strength training, he later earned his certification as a NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2015. He went on to obtain his Level 1 Sports Performance Certification with USA Weightlifting in that same year. In the summer of 2016, he began his Sport Performance internship at ProSport Sports Performance where he honed his skills as a coach. He would later be hired on as part of the coaching staff at ProSport in the Spring of 2017.  Coach Khan aspires to help athletes achieve and maintain optimal performance levels through strength training.
