When she moved to California to attend Vanguard University, she majored in Communications with an emphasis media and journalism, and earned an internship at Fox Sports. During her three years, she worked in football scouting and recruiting, covering Division-I prospects and writing articles for the national publication 247sports. It was there she found her passion for athlete development and care, and found with her platform she could help athletes with unnoticed potential get attention, and even scholarship offers. During her time with Fox, Mariah graduated with honors in 2013.
In 2015 Mariah moved to Northern California to take on the role of Director of Operations at a start-up organic juice company. In this role she developed a production process and system-wide tracking for all sales; retail, wholesale, events and farmers markets. She also developed social media marketing concepts and directed photography shoots across the brand for different social media channels as well as the e-commerce website. In addition, she assisted in the development of partnerships with Soul Cycle, the San Jose Sharks, and the San Francisco 49ers.
With a varied experience in customer service and client relations, Mariah joined ProSport in 2019 to assist in memberships and help develop better processes for client experiences. Her role has since expanded to marketing, operations, and event planning for ProSport Performance.
When she isn't at work, Mariah enjoys spending her time at outdoors at the beach, or a local sporting event.
