Movement - Fine tuning movement technique for linear acceleration, max velocity, multi-direction and deceleration Strength - Teaching athletes how to perform compound lifts in the weight room making them self-sufficient when they are entering a high school setting

FOCUS: 2 Hour Class. 1 Hour of Movement. 1 Hour of Strength. Movement - Applying drills that incorporate all of the movement patterns learned from previous classes towards the athlete's specific sport. Strength - More advanced lifts that will help increase the athlete's speed and power.
