FOCUS: 1-Hour Class. Teaching basic movement mechanics to improve speed, agility and balance
FOCUS: 1 Hour Class. Teaching proper movement mechanics, while introducing athletes to strength training
FOCUS: 2 Hour Class. 1 Hour of Movement & 1 Hour of Strength. Movement - Fine tuning movement technique for linear acceleration, max velocity, multi-direction and deceleration Strength - Teaching athletes how to perform compound lifts in the weight room making them self-sufficient when they are entering a high school setting
FOCUS: Advanced training strategies, weight room techniques, sport specific conditioning and explosive speed protocols are coupled with our progressive injury prevention program to perform at the highest level.
FOCUS: Geared towards positional demands of volleyball with heavy emphasis on targeting common muscle and joint complexes to increase strength and power, while reducing potential for injury.
FOCUS: You’ll perform a combination of both strength training and movement conditioning to have you looking and feeling your best!
FOCUS: 2 Hour Class. 1 Hour of Movement. 1 Hour of Strength. Movement - Applying drills that incorporate all of the movement patterns learned from previous classes towards the athlete's specific sport. Strength - More advanced lifts that will help increase the athlete's speed and power.
FOCUS: Training is individualized and sport specific and also includes nutrition consultation and guidance programs.
FOCUS: 1 Hour Class M/W/F Strength, T/TH/Sat Conditioning/Cardio. Helping adults meet their fitness goals, while teaching them the importance of training in order to prevent injuries
FOCUS: Proven dynamic movements designed to increase mobility, flexibility stability and strength enabling you to play pain-free golf.
FOCUS: An opportunity to train on your own M-F. Reserve your 1-hour time slot and take your training to the next level.
FOCUS: A 60-minute well balanced gentle yet precise movement practice geared towards active recovery.
