FOUNDATIONAL - AGES 8-12

FOCUS: Fundamentals of strength, speed and strength

ESSENTIALS - AGES 12-18

FOCUS: Develop proper movement mechanics and strength training techniques.

ACCELERATED - AGES 12-18

FOCUS: Optimal movement mechanics, appropriate strength training protocols and corrective techniques.

ELITE - AGES 14-18

FOCUS: High school and collegiate athletes that want to train at an elite level.

RETURN TO SPORT

FOCUS: 6 week individualized strength and movement program designed to help athletes build the athletic components needed in their sport.

SEMI & PRIVATE - ALL AGES

FOCUS: Training is individualized and sport specific and also includes nutrition consultation and guidance programs.

NEW GUIDELINES

  1. Sign up for classes through our Mindbody app/website will be required to ensure contact less check-ins. If you do not already have a login created, email mariah.camargo@prosportpt.com to be sent new log in information. 

  2. Cash will not be accepted for payment, card transactions only

  3. Classes will have a limited capacity and is first come first serve. Reservations will be required in advance for a class. Once a class is full, we cannot accommodate any additional members. We will work to add more class times if classes are at capacity regularly. Instructions for how to sign up for class times are provided below

  4. Extensive Cleaning Protocols have been put in place: All equipment used for a class will be sanitized thoroughly between each sessions. Additionally, all common used surface areas will be cleaned every two hours

  5. Both coaches and clients will have temperature taken upon entry to the facility. If your temperature is above 100 you will not be allowed to participate in classes

  6. Our coaches are adapting a "pod" system where each client will have their own pod with all the equipment needed for the full workouts, there will be no sharing of equipment between clients

  7. Brand new water filtration system: This single-touch water filtration system will allow members to fill water bottles and will eliminate the use of disposable cups. We encourage our members to bring their own water bottles to fill at their leisure

  8. No gatherings will be permitted before or after workouts

  9. To maximize our class sizes in accordance with occupancy guidelines, only clients who are participating in classes will be allowed in the facility. Drop-off's only are highly recommended once youth classes resume. Congregating in our upstairs area at Newport Mesa will not be permitted

  10. The class schedule will go live on the Mindbody sight shortly to ensure we can help anyone with issues signing in before the first day of classes

  2. Book the class time you would like

  • Costa Mesa location can be found on the app as: ProSport PT on 2777 Bristol St. 

  • Laguna Hills location can be found on the app as: ProSport PT & Performance on 23001 Del Lago Dr.
