Hiroki Yokoyama - PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, Clinical Director
Hometown: San Diego, CA
Bachelor's Degree: University of California, Berkeley - Biology
Graduate Degree: New York University - Doctorate of Physical Therapy

Hiroki received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkley. After receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NYU he worked in Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, California before joining ProSport in 2016. Hiroki has experience in a variety of rehabilitation settings including acute care, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedic rehabilitation. While he enjoyed all of those settings for different reasons, his heart belongs to the orthopedic world for its variety of diagnoses, fast paced environment and ability to progress patients to higher levels of function.

Hiroki's passion for helping people not only recover but surpass their previous functional levels stems from his 18+ years of experience as a competitive gymnast. Having sustained injuries from head to toe, including concussions, sprains, strains, and tears requiring several surgeries, Hiroki has extensive first-hand experience with the rehabilitation process. He has felt the frustration of pain and loss of function. He has seen and felt the benefit of professional physical therapy guidance and expertise. And he has experienced the joy of surpassing his previous levels of function through consistent participation and dedication to the physical therapy process.

He is now an Orthopedic Certified Specialist and the Clinical Director of Prosport Physical Therapy Foothill Ranch, located inside the new Hoag Health Center. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports and movies, exploring new places to eat, and exercising in all forms.
