Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine where he studied Biology and minored in Psychology. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, he was a student athletic trainer at Irvine Valley College, preparing student athletes for competition and rehabilitating these athletes following injury. Jonathan went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Southern California in 2004. He is a strong believer in patient education and combines biomechanics and exercise science to help patients reach their goals.
Jonathan's post-professional training includes a year-long series of orthopedic seminars devoted to manual therapy and advanced orthopedic clinical practice. In 2009, he became a nationally recognized board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS). He has been a certified ergonomic assessment specialist (CEAS) since 2004.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys biking, rock climbing, and playing sports with his wife and two children and cheering on USC football. Fight on!
