Following graduation, Lee worked as a staff physical therapist at Chapman Medical Center with post-operative cardiopulmonary patients and participated in related research. From late 1996 through 2006, he worked at ProSport Physical Therapy in Newport Beach, CA where he honed his outpatient orthopedic skills and served as the clinical director for eight years. During this time, Lee also served as the clinical coordinator for continuing education (CCCE) and taught therapeutic modalities/exercise at Concordia University in Irvine, CA as an adjunct professor. In addition, he volunteered annually as the Assistant Medical Coordinator for the Huntington Beach Pacific Shoreline Marathon (2001-2006).
