Michs’ interest in physical therapy began in his high school anatomy and physiology class room as well as on the track and field team. His interests lead him to Cal Poly Pomona as he continued to compete as a NCAA DII Track and Field middle distance runner, where he was exposed to the rehabilitation and injury prevention portion of care in the athletic training room. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Mich continued to volunteer with his mentors in the realm of athletics before returning to school at the University of Southern California to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. At USC, he gained a strong passion for sports and orthopedic while treating a wide range of patient and diagnosis. 


Always wanting to learn, Mich has been volunteering within local community for 4 years. He is also an advocate for foster youth seeking higher education. In his free time, Mich enjoys exercising, working on cars and spending time with his family and friends.
